To train in fort benning

Because it was the hardest thing for me
Went thru the cycle of emotions

Thought i wasn’t going to make it
But i put my actions into motion
And i really worked hard to achieve
And pushed myself to do everything

Even rucked miles on miles
Did things when i was tired and i’m really glad that it’s all over and i get to chill and go home

When i first arrived at 30th ag

I thought i was going to die there for sure
Got up early to do physicals
I was up for hours, bored as hell
Sleepy as sh#t, didn’t eat well

My belly ached, my mind wasn’t there
Then we were off to sand hill
Where i stayed there for 22 weeks
I shot sh#t, i dug sh#t

Ran everywhere i go
I always had someone yelling in right my ear
Always was tired but never let go
Kept my mind going towards home

I cared for the fam deeply
That i decided to stay in the u.s army
