Если ты до сих пор не смог разобраться в ком именно проблема, то помни одно: самое главное в этой жизни то, что внутри тебя. Никто не вправе посягнуть на твой внутренний мир. Это самое дорогое, что у тебя есть. Цени это и не впускай грязь снаружи
За полтора года полного отрицания окружающего мира я смог понять это. И я уверен, что ты сможешь пройти через это, ведь не просто так по ночам ты не можешь уснуть из-за “внутреннего Я”
Ни в коем случае не глуши его и прислушивайся к нему, ведь именно внутри тебя кроются ответы на эти вопросы
