I think most of my growth in the past year is because I really started journaling and really stayed on top of it being consistent to learn how to control my emotions a lot better
Being like a real passionate emotional person, it can get hard I just feel like writing down how you feel before you react gives you enough time to reflect before you choose to say certain things

So, I feel like journaling overall is like my main source of growth
